Bar White
A Galilean blend made from Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grapes that combine to give the wine a sweetish fruity vitality alongside a delicate acidity.
Dry white
Region: Upper Galilee
Varieties: Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh and fruity nature of the wine.
Tasting Notes: Pale straw in colour, the wine presents an aroma of refreshing fruit, with a balanced and pleasing acidity.
Bar Rose
Bright pink in color, the wine presents characters of flowers, strawberry and pomegranate. A joyful wine with invigorating and well-balanced acidity.
Dry rose
Region: Upper Galilee
Varieties: Syrah, Grenache and Sangiovese
Winemaking: A combination of two techniques. Skin contact followed by cold fermentation.
Tasting Note: A pink rose, very dry, light with a refreshing acidity.
Syrah
Deep purple in color, the wine displays rich aromas of black plum, ripe cherry, and crème de cassis, with background hints of mint and tobacco. With medium-to-full-body, the wine exhibits a pleasant and long-lasting finish.

Variety: Syrah
Winemaking: After fermentation, the wine was stored in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fruity character.
Tasting Note: Mediterranean in character, smooth in color and taste.
Merlot
Deep bright bordeaux in color, the wine is accompanied by rich fruity aromas on a background of fresh herb, clove and tobacco characters. The medium-to-full-bodied wine is a classic Merlot that is enjoyable to drink.
